A few months ago I stumbled across a fun, weekly, flash/micro fiction* competition that really helped me to finally get serious about writing. Soon thereafter I discovered other, similar sites and now have a full week of flash fiction options. So the purpose of this site will simply be to catalog all of the entries I submit for those competitions. These will be the unedited, submitted version. I may, at a later date, choose to edit some of the ones I like but will make note of that if I do so. You can see each of the weekly flash fiction events listed on the right of this page. Many people would differentiate between flash and micro-fiction but whatever works for you. @redshirt6 * Flash fiction is usually used to refer to works of fiction that are around 1,500 words or less. Micro-fiction is a term often used to refer to ficiton of even less words, often no more than 100 words.
